In order to register for any event at the member price, you must be a member in good standing with AFSA National as well as the Southern California Chapter and you must have member log in credentials.  If you are unsure of your companies status as a member please check our Chapter Members page.    

Students - You must be an employee of a member company to receive the member pricing for all Continuing Education Courses and you must have student log in credentials.  Please check our Chapter Members page to verify if your company is a member.

    This course is approved by Cal Fire for the Continuing Education Requirements of the Fitter Certification Regulation.  

    Role call starts at 8:00am.  Be prepared to show your Cal Fire Fitter Card to the camera when called on.  Cameras must be activated at all times, except during breaks.  Small breaks will be given during the course. 

    Students signing in more than 15 minutes late will not be allowed into class and registration fees will be forfeited. 

    Only 1 student per computer.  

    All students must register and pay prior to the date of the class.  You must remain logged in for the entire class and complete a knowledge assessment in order to receive credit.  

    All certificates will be issued in a digital format within 7 days of course completion.

    Teaches students the process of annual fire pump testing, including calculating GPM and proper equipment usage.

    Course being taught by Paul Bennett of Star Fire USA. 

    Students must bring a notebook and pen with them for taking notes. 

    Each student, upon successful completion of the course, will be issued a certificate of completion.

    All students are required to show Photo ID when checking in, preferably your Cal Fire Fitter card; however, we will accept any government issued photo ID. 

    This course is a 4 hour course, each student must complete the lecture, test and any hands on portion to earn the 0.4 CEU's.  

    Class will start promptly at 3:00 PM anyone arriving more than 15 minutes late will not be admitted to the class.
